As we are aware that at present Government of India launched so many yojanas and compaign to try to uplift the national economy and try to meet that problem of unemployment in the country. In my views we have not a problem of best talent in our country but unfortunatly our governmemt did not have enough resourses to utilized the best our talent. This is a lack of mismanagement or corruption in our system. The officials, authority and the providers are playing with the future of our young national builders. Most of the best talent are exploits by some of the untalanted peaple. Reason is that there is no transprancy between government and public. In this connection government started a nation vide compaign in the hope of improvement in the system. But the improvement will possible if the government keep transparency in their work and made available for quicker decision. The campaign is Digital India and the campaign are as under

Digital India
The concept of Digital India is the availability of all the government services and information on the one chick of any of our media device. For this purpose government of India launched a campaign named
Digital India and take an initiative to ensure that all Government services are made available to general public electronically by improving online infrastructure and by increasing Internet connectivity.
This compaign was launched on 1 July 2015 by Prime Minister. By this compaign goverment plan to connect rural areas with high-speed internet networks.
To make Digital India successful the government identifies three core components.
1 Creation of digital infrastructure
2 Delivering services digitally
3 Digital literacy.
In the connection of the creation of Digital Infrastructure Government of India identify Bharat Broadband Network Limited who executes and install the National Optical Fibre Network project which will become the back bone of the compaign.
The government is also planning to create BPOs to peovide atleast one Common Service Centre in each of the gram panchayats of each state.
National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) would also be set up in Kurukshetra to provide computer training to youth and a Software Technology Park of India (STPI) would also be set up in Panchkula in Haryana state.
In the mission of Digital Literacy has been planned to cover six crore rural areas and It is also planned to connect and educate farmer with IT technology so they are capable to become a part of different markets of the country.
The initiative of Digital India provides Digital Locker, e-education, e-health, e-sign.
What is Digital Locker?
Digital Lockers are the facility provided to citizens to digitally store their important documents like PAN card, passport, mark sheets and degree certificates in electronic form. The Digital Locker will provide secure access to Government issued documents.
The user keep this service secure by unique authenticity services provided by Aadhaar.
The purpose to introduce behind scheme to discontinue the use of physical documents and make enables sharing of verified electronic documents across government agencies.
Introduction of website Attendance.gov.in. This website is launched by Prime Minister on 1 July 2015. The purpose behind this website is to keep a record of the attendance of Government employees on a real-time basis.
The initiative started with implementation of a common Biometric Attendance System (BAS) in all central government offices located in Delhi.
Under this initiative one more website has been introduced by government of India named MyGov.in .
This website is a platform to share inputs and ideas on matters of policy and governance by the general public.
Under this compaign Railway department is also take initiative to declare the paperless ticketing system and also declear that they are going to start station-based e-catering service with food choices.
To make successful of compaigns Prime Minister try to introduce PPP (public private partnership) system. To implement the compaingh
Prime Minister meet top CEOs from India and abroad resulted that they are committed to invest ₹4.5 lakh crore towards this compaign. This money would be utilitized towards making smartphones and internet devices at an affordable price in India.
This initiative will help to generate jobs in India as well as reduce the cost of import.
In this connection Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani also added that his company would invest₹2.5 lakh crore in Digital India compaign. This initiative will help to create employment for over five lakh people in India.
The CEO of Reliance Industries also announced to setting up a 'Jio Digital India Start Up Fund' to encourage young entrepreneurs who are setting up businesses under the Digital India initiative.
Bharti Group chief Sunil Mittal is also make announcement to invest of more than ₹1 lakh crore in the next five years to create good infrastructure in the areas of rural and urban India.
It is strange that not only Indian big business man come forward to take initiatives under the compaign but also the international Giants from Silicon Valley also expressed their support for Digital India.
Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook is also announce to support of Digital India by starting a chain on Facebook and also promised to work on WiFi Hotspots in rural area of India.
Google is also committed to provide broadband connectivity to connect the railway stations in India.
Microsoft is also agreed to provide broadband connectivity to 500 thousand villages in India and make India its cloud hub through Indian data.
After the great initiative by every body it is necessary to have a look the achievements of the compaign as on December 2015.
* India become the second largest country by the number of Internet users after China.
* It is also great that more than half of the users are able to access the Internet through a mobile phone. As per the data of Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
* In this connection the optical fibre cables have been laid out in more than 68000 village panchayats.
* The Panchkula a district of Haryana was awarded the top performing district in the state under the Digital India campaign.
* Haryana has became the first state to implement Aadhaar-enabled birth registration in all the districts.
