In my previous blog Digital India I already told that present government introduced so many compaign to up lift that economy of the country. Skill India is also one of the compaign. It was launched by Prime Minister on 16 July 2015.
The aim behind the compaign to
train over 40 crore people in India in different sectors of skill by 2022. It is a very good aim which our government took ahead.
In this compaign government want to utilise the idea of National Skill Development Mission and also to make successful this compaign government passed a policy called National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015.
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and the Skill Loan scheme has also been launched under this policy.
For implementation of the compaign government initiated the idea of PPP (Public Private Partnership) concept.
UK is also showing interest to contribut in this program. In this connection a virtual partnerships will be initiated at the school level to enable young people of both country to experience the school system of the other country and develop an understanding of the culture, traditions and social and family systems.
Responses about this yojana is good. Oracle announced on February 2016 that the Oracle plan to develop a new 2.8 million sq. ft. campus in Bengaluru. That will be Oracle's largest campus outside of its headquarters California and it is also that Oracle Academy will launch an initiative to train more than half-a-million students each year to develop computer science skills. Oracle is also planning to expand its partnerships to 2,700 institutions in India from 1,700 at present.
This yojana was launched in July 2015 so is important to look into the performance of the yojana. So

The Indian Leather Development institute trained 51,216 youth in the past 100 days and it plans to train 1,44,000 young persons annually.
The imstitute have started four new branches of Footwear Design & Development Institute to prove training Infrastructure at
Hyderabad,
Patna,
Banur (Punjab) and
Ankleshwar (Gujarat)
This popular shoe industry is going to abolish and undergoing a acute shortage of skilled workers. With the help of this initiative this industry is going to reproduce and most of the skilled people trained under this yojana are being absorbed by the industry.
At last if I make conclusion about this yojana so it is good to generate employment in country and also able to start small scale industries in India and also good for strong industrial Infrastructure.
